According to the HACCP sanitising programme, after every washcarried out with a dishwasher, it is necessary to paythe utmost attention in order to not contaminate the clean disheswith dirty and non-disinfected cloths. For this reason it is necessary to use a specific product for the drying cycle for dishware, plates and glasses which renders manual finishing unnecessary. BRILLMATIC is a rinse-aid and drying additive which allows the perfect dryingof the dishware by facilitating the running-off of water, avoiding the formation of marks, lime scale stains and white streaks. Ideal for the mechanical washing of dishware, it is essential in glass washing machines.
For the best possible results, BRILLMATIC must be used following the correct indicated dosages. In industrial-type dishwashers, it is recommended to install the appropriate automatic dosage unit NPR1, which guarantees the correct dosing of the product and the best possible results.
BRILLMATIC must be mixed with the water for the final rinse cycle, with an average dosage of 0.30 ml/L. In cup washers fitted with a small dosage group for rinse-aid, it is sufficient to have the drawing tube draw directly from the product container; otherwise, it is necessary to fill the appropriate tank, following the usage instructions for the dishwasher. In industrial-type dishwashers, for the best results, it is necessary to install the dedicated automatic dosage units which guarantee the correct dosing.
